Parents and their 'diddy dragons' of up to school age can join the fun. Learning through song, play and gymnastics.

Exciting structured classes for children from age 3 up to high school age. Training on all pieces of apparatus.

We run a successful competitive programme for gymnasts of various levels. Training in women's artistic and tumbling gymnastics.

We opened our brand new 16,000sqft, fully equipped facility in June 2021.

About us

Founded in 1974 by Ernie Cookson. We are proud to have produced Welsh, British, World Age Group and European medalists in various disciplines. Most importantly we are a community club providing quality gymnastics coaching to hundreds of local children.
